Wild Goose Chase is an immersive scavenger hunt that transforms your city into a thrilling adventure. Designed to spark creativity and teamwork, this activity encourages participants to step out of their comfort zones and bond as a group.
As teams navigate through various unique challenges, they’ll engage with locals, uncover hidden landmarks, and explore lesser-known parts of the city. It’s more than just a game—it’s an experience that fosters collaboration and reveals individual strengths within the team. Using a web app, participants will capture their journey through photos and videos, all while racing to earn points and complete tasks. Wild Goose Chase is an unforgettable way to connect, learn, and explore together.
Wild Goose Chase Agenda
Intro and Team Formation
The event will begin with a welcome from your event host, who will assist in organizing the group into teams at the specified location. Following this, participants will receive a detailed briefing on the activity. Teams will then be guided on how to access the challenges via our Outback web app, using one mobile device per team. Afterward, teams will head outdoors to start tackling the challenges.

Wild Goose Chase
Teams will complete over 80 unique challenges as part of a city-wide scavenger hunt. Participants will engage with local residents, identify hidden landmarks, and explore lesser-known areas of their city. All photos and videos documenting their activities will be submitted via the web app. Throughout this event, team members will discover individual strengths, enhance their understanding of one another, and collaborate to accumulate the maximum number of points possible.
90-120 minutes
Wrap Up, Recognition, and Photo Op
Teams will reconvene at their predetermined endpoint to exchange experiences and review their submissions. The event host will facilitate discussions on key takeaways and lessons learned, culminating in the announcement of the winning team. Winning teams will be awarded Outback Team Building medals. The event will wrap up withcongratulations all around to commemorate a successful event.

What happens if we have inclement weather on the day of our activity? (For outdoor activities)
We appreciate that weather is not always predictable, so we have a back-up plan in the event of poor weather. We can switch your event to our indoor app-based Team Pursuit event at no extra charge. You would need to arrange a backup space for the activity, and we need notice of 2 hours to make the switch.
What if I need to change the date of my event?
We understand that plans can change, so please reach out as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Date changes may incur a change fee, please reach out to your Sales Engagement Consultant to discuss further.
Where do these events take place?
Our events can take place anywhere. We have event coordinators located across North America who can come directly to you—whether it’s your office, a venue of your choice, a meeting space, or a unique location that best suits your needs. We’re flexible and ready to make your event seamless, no matter the location!
What if I need to make a last-minute change to my activity?
Depending on what the change is, we recommend discussing all changes with your dedicated Event Manager to see if we can accommodate the change.
